Since answering a help-wanted ad more than 30 years ago. Nancy Kelly has dedicated her career to the needs of short-term labor clients and workers. But it wasn’t until 2014, when she started her own agency, that she was able to put her own stamp on the short-term labor industry.

Starting fresh allowed Labor Masters to create an environment welcoming to both employers and employees. Rather than concrete floors, empty walls and folding chairs, the agency offers flat-screen TVs, comfortable seating, fresh flowers, a coffee and cappuccino bar and spa-like restrooms.

VICKIE HENDRICKSON – DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Vickie Hendrickson serves as Director of Business Administration for Labor Masters, bringing more than 35 years of accounting, financial management and business operations experience to the organization.

Her career has included leadership roles as an Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer across the financial services, manufacturing, engineering, and construction industries. After returning to her hometown of Fargo in 2003, she continued building her expertise in financial and operational leadership.

Vickie has been with Labor Masters since its inception in 2014, contributing to the growth and operational foundation of the company. Her expertise includes accounting, payroll, financial reporting and government compliance. She is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to building efficient systems that support both clients and employees.

IAN BEATON - DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ian Beaton serves as the Director of Business Development for Labor Masters, where he oversees sales, client relationships, and business growth throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.

With his hands-on business approach and commitment to company growth and success, Ian focuses on strategic relationship building, business development, and identifying new opportunities to support the continued growth and expansion of Labor Masters.

Outside of Labor Masters, Ian is a licensed REALTOR®, enjoys spending time with his wife, Chelsey, and following their three boys (11,10, and 2) around to all their sporting events, golfing whenever he gets the chance and being involved in his community through volunteering and serving on local boards.

TODD TROTTIER – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Todd Trottier serves as Director of Operations for Labor Masters and brings more than 27 years of experience in the staffing and temporary employment industry. Since joining Labor Masters in 2015, he has overseen workforce planning, staffing operations, client relations and business development initiatives. 

Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of North Dakota and served eight years in the North Dakota National Guard as a Combat Engineer Platoon Leader. His leadership experience, industry knowledge and commitment to client service have helped make him an integral part of Labor Masters' success. 

Outside of work, Todd enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing, exercising and spending time with his two Golden Retrievers.
